I

CURRENT WORK

Since 2022, I have lived and worked IN Ukraine at the grassroots level: across both civilian and military sectors. The work is peripatetic by necessity. I write situation reports from the field, advocate INternationally, visit brigade-level drone defence units, and meet with NGOs, volunteers, journalists, and donors. I also act as a fixer for high-level visitors to the country.

I am Head of Strategic Partnerships at Mission Ukraine UK, working on frontline situation reporting and liaison with brigade-level micro-grantees developing drone defence innovations. My role includes in-country support for volunteers, delivering briefings, and remaining available to deliver vehicles to the front when required.

Separately, I act as liaison and conduit between small Ukrainian frontline NGOs supporting vulnerable civilians and children, and the donors who fund them. I visit these organisations directly, verify and assess need, and maintain the relationships that keep that support flowing.

I have lived inside the war for four years. I maintain frontline access when required and wide-ranging contacts across the country.

At VseSylni, a registered psychological rehabilitation clinic, I serve as Head of International Relationships, fostering connections with partners and donors. I run art therapy sessions for active military personnel, veterans, and their families, and am pursuing a formal qualification in trauma psychology.

Internationally, I advocate for VseSylni, reaching out to humanitarians, press, and supporters of Ukraine. This work helped fundraise for the Hoverla Climb, supporting ten Ukrainian amputee veterans, and brought UK RMA on board to sponsor two UK veterans, one also an amputee. I continue fundraising and building press support for the clinic's mobile psychological outreach unit and its ongoing work.
